1. General Information

SPOZZ does not sell or license any content itself. All transactions occur between users of the platform (creators and fans).

SPOZZ applies a uniform and transparent 20 % commission on all monetized activity between users, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Artists receive 80 % of the net proceeds from eligible transactions.

2. Pricing & Conditions for Creators

2.2 Payouts

Eligible revenues are paid directly to the artist’s SPOZZ Account in SPOZZ Credits or to the associated crypto wallet in SPOZZ Tokens or other Crypto Currencies.

  • Instant Settlement: Digital transactions (music, streaming, exclusive content) are credited immediately.
  • Merchandise Payments: Income from Merchandise sales are credited within 7 – 14 days after confirmed delivery. The artist receives the net margin (sales price − production cost − 20% commission on the net margin).
  • Subscriptions: Payments for fan-to-artist subscriptions are collected in SPOZZ Credits from the subscriber and credited to the creator on the first day of each subscription period.

3. Pricing & Conditions for Fans

3.1 Licensing Framework

All Licensed Digital Content (LDCs), including NFTs as defined under SPOZZ terms, is governed by individual licensing agreements between the Creator and the Buyer, which are accepted at the time of purchase, download, or streaming.

Each license expressly defines the scope of permitted use, reproduction rights, and any limitations on sharing, distribution, or redistribution.

Proceeds from streaming and sharing are automatically paid in SPOZZ Credits from the Buyer to the Seller.

All commercial and user activity in the SPOZZ Ecosystem is governed by binding agreements and platform policies. By engaging in purchases, licensing, or other transactions on SPOZZ, users agree to the following framework:

  1. Individual Licensing Agreements Each transaction between a creator and a buyer constitutes a direct licensing agreement defining usage rights and limitations.

  2. SPOZZ Terms and Conditions All users and transactions are subject to the SPOZZ Terms and Conditions, defining rights, obligations, and platform rules.

  3. SPOZZ Privacy Statement Personal and transaction data are processed in accordance with the SPOZZ Privacy Statement and applicable data-protection laws.

These documents form an integral part of every transaction carried out on SPOZZ.

5. Payments

5.1 SPOZZ Credits and Tokens

Payments througout the SPOZZ Ecosystem can be made in SPOZZ Token or SPOZZ Credits. SPOZZ Credits are the off-chain version of the cryptocurrency SPOZZ Token. Every SPOZZ Credit and Token have a value of 0.01 USD. Credits and Tokens can be exchanged in the Finance Menu at any time.

Green SPOZZ Credits: Green SPOZZ Credits only exist for promotional purposes, when SPOZZ pays for the promotion.

5.2. Payouts from SPOZZ

SPOZZ Tokens and Credits earned by creators or purchased by any user from SPOZZ can be reimbursed in the Finance Menu to USDT at 0.01 USD per standard SPOZZ Credit (yellow) or 0.003 USD per promotional SPOZZ Credit (green).

SPOZZ Credits or Tokens that were received from SPOZZ as part of a Membership Plan or for promotional purposes, must be spent on content in SPOZZ. It is not possible to exchange those credits in the Finance Menu against USDT. Once spent those credits/tokens enter the SPOZZ liquid money supplied and can be spend without restrictions.

5.3 Supported Currencies and Networks

The SPOZZ Token token runs on the Polygon network. Blockchain only transactions on the marketplace can also be done on the ETH, BNB and Polygon networks using its native currencies.

5.4 Network Fees

Each sale and trade of a licenced content are executed and registered in the blockchain under a Smart Contract. When deployed using cryptocurrency, the creator pays the gas fee directly. SPOZZ may pay Gas fees from its own account and charge the user the equvialante amount in SPOZZ Credits.
